Account Manager

Job Title:

Profile Summary

Accounts Manager with strong

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including 

  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll

• Prepare and review 

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure 

  statutory compliance

   including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements
• Handle 

  budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Monitor 

  cash flow, fund management, and working capital

• Lead and coordinate 

  internal and external audits

• Implement and monitor 

  financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Utilize 

  SAP

   for accounting operations, reporting, and process automation
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in SAP
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior accounts staff
• Support management with 

  financial analysis and MIS reports

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Accounting, Finance, Commerce

  , or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred)

• Minimum 5 years

   of relevant experience in accounting and finance

• Strong working knowledge of

  SAP

  (mandatory)

• Good knowledge of 

  Indian taxation and statutory compliance

• Excellent 

  analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong 

  communication and leadership abilities

• Highly 

  detail-oriented and well-organized

• Ability to work independently and under deadlines
