Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
4. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
Procurement:
1. Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
2. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate with departments to meet procurement needs.
Billing:
1. Prepare and review invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
2. Manage billing cycles and ensure timely payment collections.
3. Resolve billing disputes and queries.
Vendor Management:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
2. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
3. Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and procedures.
GST and TDS:
1. Ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations, including filing returns and payment of taxes.
2. Manage TDS deductions and ensure timely deposit of taxes.
3. Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
