Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Delhi, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, coordinating with internal teams, managing client accounts, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. The Account Manager will also be focused on achieving sales targets and working towards business growth.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Business Development experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Technology and Connectivity solutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
