Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee multiple client accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the creative team, ensuring timely execution of posts, managing client communication, and maintaining high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video, social media) to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
• Maintain trackers for client deliverables, ensuring no deadlines are missed.
• Manage client communication groups (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, or email) and provide regular updates.
• Ensure all posts, creatives, and copies are reviewed, approved, and scheduled on time.
• Track performance of client accounts and share updates with internal team/clients (if required).
• Identify and escalate potential issues or delays early, ensuring smooth operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring transparency and consistent communication.
