Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Guwahati. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing account strategies, handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications Account management and client relationship-building skills Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Proven experience in customer service and handling client inquiries Project coordination and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
