Role Description

We are seeking an Account Finance Associate Supervisor Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The individual will manage financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising accounts payable and receivable, tracking financial transactions, preparing budgets, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting audits. The role demands close collaboration with other departments to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency in business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and preparing financial reports
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger management
• Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage
• Prior experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory
