Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account / Export Executive located in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions, handling export documentation, coordinating with clients and logistics teams, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The Account / Export Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.


  • Bank Document Maintenance

    :
  • Maintain and organize all bank-related documents, including transaction records, payment receipts, and balance sheets.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data is up to date.
  • Auditor Filing

    :
  • Prepare and file financial documents required for auditing processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documents to external auditors.
  • Export Document Maintenance

    :
  • Maintain records for export-related transactions, including invoices, shipping documentation, and payment receipts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations in handling export documentation.
  • Export & Import docs like Invoices, Packing List, Purchase Orders, Entries in Tally.
  • General Accounting Tasks

    :
  • Maintaining general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting & Petty Cash

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education

    :
  • A degree in B.Com, M.Com
  • Experience

    :
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in accounting principles are encouraged to apply.
