Account Executive/Manager - New Elevator Sales

Title: Account Executive/ Sr Account Executive - Elevator Sales

Location: Jammu

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professionals with a passion for sales and technical expertise to drive business growth in the elevators and escalators manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating Sales.
• Identifying sales opportunities by constantly scanning the environment, pursuing the identified opportunities and calling on the potential customers.
• Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. order tender, technical clarifications and data, legal documents, etc. and submitting them to the customer within the given timeframe.
• Meeting volume and profit targets and operating within the agreed cost and profit margin framework.
• Is the one stop window for the customer. Leading the project to its successful completion and handing over to the customer.
• Coordinating with the Installation Team and the Logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the product.
• Supervising the work of the sub contractors and other external agencies like suppliers, labor contractors etc.
• Responsible for receivables
• Handles customer within a defined territory / geographic location.
• Assist BDM in handling Major customers & projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience in Elevator /Building Material Industry Sales (70% field sales, 30% inside sales)
• Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering or MBA.
• Proven track record of success in B2C sales - Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
• Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed targets - Passionate and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
