As a sales specialist, you will be integral in helping us achieve our aggressive customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. The role involves engaging in high call volumes daily, sparking interest, qualifying leads, and converting them into satisfied customers. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails. Understanding customer needs, identifying key players, and routing qualified prospects to sales executives for further nurturing and closure are crucial aspects of the role. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas, conducting thorough account research, and maintaining an updated prospect database within your assigned Territory are essential for success. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct engaging online demonstrations for potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, consistently exceeding sales quotas, and demonstrating a strong phone presence with the ability to handle numerous calls daily. Proficiency in using corporate productivity tools, web presentation software, and CRM systems is required. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening and strong presentation abilities, are vital for building customer relationships. The role also demands excellent multitasking skills, prioritization abilities, and efficient time management. This position will require working the US shift from 6 PM to 3 AM.,
