Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for an Accounts Executive. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, handling payroll, processing invoices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also involves coordinating with auditors and ensuring smooth financial operations within the institution.

Qualifications

• Experience 3 to 5 Years in managing financial transactions, payroll, and preparing financial reports
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Articleship added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
