The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining communication with existing clients, and generating new business leads. Daily tasks include client consultation, creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities and participating in marketing and promotional activities. 🔹 Position: Accounts Executive 📍 Location: Rai, Sonipat 💼 Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or relevant accounting software. Perform bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations on a regular basis. Prepare and maintain outstanding payment reports and follow up with the sales team for timely collections. Handle GST return preparation, filing, and reconciliation of GST data. Calculate, deduct, and ensure timely payment of TDS and prepare necessary returns. Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer accounts. Assist in preparation of MIS reports and other management requirements. Perform any other accounts-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. 2–3 years of experience in accounting. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a proactive work approach.
