Key Responsibilities: 1. Bookkeeping & Accounts Management Maintain daily bookkeeping across multiple entities Manage financial data using Xero, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM Prepare BAS, GST submissions, and monthly reconciliations Assist in payroll processing and rental schedule maintenance Support financial preparation using HandiLedger and Xero 2. Administrative & Reporting Support Generate and send invoices to clients Monitor and track daily business expenses Maintain up-to-date records and financial documentation Collaborate with the Accounts Manager on reporting and compliance tasks 3. Client & Internal Communication Respond to client queries related to invoices and payments Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations Ensure professional communication in all written and verbal interactions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Australian or New Zealand accounting Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM Understanding of GST, BAS, and payroll regulations Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage bookkeeping for multiple business entities A fast learner with a proactive mindset Preferred Skills Experience with Xero Practice Manager Familiarity with Australian taxation and compliance procedures Exposure to Zoho Books and CRM systems Perks & Benefits Shift Allowances Morning Meals & Refreshments Performance-Based Incentives Skill-Based Promotions 5-Day Work Week Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: total: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
