Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CFO to manage day-to-day accounting activities.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and expense tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist the CFO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks as assigned by the CFO.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements in the finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce / Accounting / Finance

  .
• 1–2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with leadership.
