Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports
Support compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of statutory returns
Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Help in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses
Conduct basic internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide required documentation
Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate meaningful financial insights
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Use Excel and accounting tools for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
Understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes
Interest in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Awareness of internal auditing and compliance procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, basic functions, data analysis)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
