Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain client accounts using our software platforms.
Set up and structure accounting systems and ledgers for multiple clients.
Ensure accounting accuracy, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation, validation, and finalization of financial statements (as per GAAP/Ind-AS).
Conduct analysis of financial and manufacturing data for client insights.
Maintain and analyze cost and production data for manufacturing sector clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to optimize financial operations.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and maintain client accounting ledgers.
Perform account reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy.
Support in financial reporting and cost accounting for manufacturing clients.
Analyze financial data for business insights and decision-making.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely financial support.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/Ind-AS).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Analytical thinking and keen attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Experience - 2+ years

Preferred Skills:

Practical experience in financial reporting or cost accounting.
Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
