About the Role

At Morphedo, the Accounts Executive ensures the financial backbone of our operations

• How can we streamline vendor reconciliation and payment cycles to maintain healthy cash flow?
• How do we ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings while minimizing compliance risks?
• How can we improve accuracy in inter-company transactions and multi-currency accounting?
• How do we maintain error-free financial reporting under tight deadlines?

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable:

  Index vendor invoices, manage day-to-day expenses, process bank payments, vendor management, and reconciliation.

• Accounts Receivable:

  Generate invoices, track collections, manage deductions, and maintain customer master data.

• General Accounting:

  Handle fixed assets, depreciation, inter-company reconciliations, GST/TDS filings, and month-end reporting.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure accurate PL and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
• Manage online payments for ESIC, PF, property tax, GST, and advance income tax.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax computation.
• Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with inter-company transactions and multiple currencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under deadlines.
