Account Executive

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in the Luxury Goods & Jewellery industry. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Additionally, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

· Managing all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, and vendor payments.

· Reconciling and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

· Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, including the tracking of actuals against budgeted amounts.

· Coordinating with internal departments to gather information and resolve any financial discrepancies.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

· Assisting in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.

· Working knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Tally ERP..).

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Knowledge of the jewellery industry is a plus.
