Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for an Account Executive - Higher Ed (US) role. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the higher education segment in the US market. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success. The role requires achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of QuestionPro’s presence in the higher education sector through strategic outreach and account management.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and ability to manage leads effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the higher education sector in the US is highly preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for market research and identifying client needs
  • Team collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales or education technology is an advantage
