Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience to grow within a supportive and structured finance team.

Responsibilities

Record daily transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Generate sales, purchase, and journal vouchers in Tally.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Perform bank reconciliations and cash handling tasks.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B. Com, M. Com).
0-1 year of experience in accounting (internship or trainee role acceptable).
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
Good understanding of basic accounting concepts (debits, credits, ledgers).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation concepts.
Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, etc. ).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Certification in Tally ERP/Prime.
Experience working in a company or CA firm using Tally.
Familiarity with invoice matching, e-invoicing, or GST portal usage.
