Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Mumbai. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing customer accounts, preparing sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in services offered. Additionally, the Account Executive will prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in customer relationship management, sales account management, and client servicing
Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
Proficiency in sales report preparation and market analysis
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
Technical knowledge of metals and industrial products is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of industry standards and practices in manufacturing, oil and gas, and other relevant sectors
