Finance / Accounts Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
Handle
GST filings
,
TDS calculations
, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Record and reconcile transactions using
Tally ERP
.
Assist with
monthly closing
,
bank reconciliations
, and
vendor payments
.
Manage
international payments
, including documentation, forex compliance, and coordination with banks.
Organize and maintain financial documentation such as
invoices, purchase orders, and credit/debit notes
.
Liaise with auditors and internal teams during audits.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
Strong knowledge of
GST
,
TDS
, and Indian accounting regulations.
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP
and proficiency in
MS Excel
.
Familiarity with
international payment processes
and foreign remittance documentation.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
