Account Executive

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Location: Jogeshwari–Andheri (Onsite/Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary Package: 4–4.2 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

- Manage and process vendor invoices.

- Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records.

Accounts Receivable

- Track and manage client payments.

- Follow up on outstanding dues and maintain accurate records.

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

- Ensure compliance with TDS regulations.

- Deduct, deposit taxes, and assist in return filing.

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

- Manage GST compliance and file returns.

- Ensure accurate GST payments.

Ledger Reconciliation

- Perform regular ledger reconciliations.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies.

Vendor Payment

- Process and manage vendor payments.

- Ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships.

General Ledger Maintenance

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).

- Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations (GST, TDS).

• Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
