Role Description

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the

  Accounts Receivable

  process, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
• Perform

  Bank Reconciliation

  on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Handle

  Vendor Reconciliation

  , ensuring timely matching of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and maintain

  BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statements)

  .
• Record daily accounting entries in

  Tally

  with complete accuracy.
• Maintain and update accounting spreadsheets and reports in

  Excel

  .
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for resolving accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and support for audits and compliances.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce / Accounting / Finance

  .

• 1–3 years

  of experience in core accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of

  Accounts Receivable

  ,

  Bank Reconciliation

  ,

  Vendor Reconciliation

  , and

  BRS

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  and

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
