Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Account Executive at BSA Polycontainer Pvt. Ltd. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes identifying business opportunities, creating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and presenting sales proposals to clients. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing client relationships and resolving queries effectively.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for understanding client needs.
