Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally and MS Dynamics
Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
Support the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
24 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Strong working knowledge of
Tally
(mandatory) and
MS Dynamics
Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling GST returns and compliance
Prior experience in a corporate or ERP-driven environment
Good communication and coordination skills
