Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Engineer located in Plants (Silvassa, Dahej, Ahmedabad). The Jr. Engineer will be responsible for supporting production processes, performing regular equipment inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also includes assisting in quality control, maintaining accurate production records, and collaborating with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement. The candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency. Qualifications Fundamental knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering principles Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Proficiency in quality control and compliance protocols Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field Previous experience in industrial packaging or related industry is a plus Show more Show less
