BestoSEO Solutions Private Ltd, a leading digital marketing agency based in Thane, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for support and handling day-to-day finance operations.

🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at BestoSEO. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be willing to learn and support day-to-day finance operations.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounts and financial records.

• Work on Tally and other accounting tools for data entry and ledger updates.

• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and basic reconciliation.

• Support in preparing Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.

• Assist in GST-related entries and documentation.

Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings for data collection and clarifications.

• Follow up for missing information and maintain client communication records.

Financial Support Tasks

• Assist in bank reconciliation and tracking payments/receipts.

• Help organize accounting files for audits.

• Maintain accurate and updated documentation.

🔹 Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Tally, GST, Ledger, P&L, and Balance Sheet.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to understand client needs and business requirements.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
