Job Description

SUMMARY

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at 2COMS Group in Kolkata. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our financial operations. The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting functions, oversee vendor payments, and maintain compliance with GST and TDS regulations. With hands-on experience in accounting software and financial reporting tools, the ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting month-end closures, audits, and client/vendor coordination, contributing directly to the financial integrity and operational success of the organization.

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate account books.
Manage vendor payments, TDS deductions, and ensure GST compliance.
Utilize Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and report generation) for financial processing.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing financial queries and updating payment statuses.
Prepare and maintain reconciliations, invoices, payment summaries, and financial reports.
Support internal and external audits by providing timely documentation and accurate records.
Ensure all financial transactions are processed with precision and within deadlines.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions).
Solid understanding of Accounts, GST, TDS, and Vendor Management processes.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational capability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
