HelioAi.tech is an AI-native Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands. We unify Shopify, WhatsApp, web chat, and email to recover carts, deflect tickets, and drive revenue. We ship fast, partner closely with D2C operators, and are scaling globally.


Role overview

We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to own discovery → demo → negotiation → close, with an EMEA focus. You’ll collaborate with founders, Product, and Growth, shaping our playbook, pipeline discipline, and outbound motions.


What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, discover, tailor demos, craft proposals, negotiate, and close.
  • Prospect creatively via LinkedIn, email, and phone to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Run consultative discovery around CX KPIs, abandoned carts, WhatsApp automations, and SLAs.
  • Tell compelling product stories that connect HelioAi + Shopify + WhatsApp to measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and next steps in our CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
  • Feed customer insights back to Product for rapid iteration.
  • Contribute to the sales engine: sequences, objection handling, ROI templates, competitive notes.
  • Represent HelioAi at webinars, partner events, and community meetups.


What makes you a great fit

  • 3–6+ years closing in B2B SaaS, with ≥1 year selling to e-commerce/D2C or CX/automation.
  • Proven quota attainment with referenceable mid-market/enterprise wins.
  • Strong outbound writing, confident on calls, excellent English.
  • Nice to have: Shopify ecosystem, WhatsApp Business/API, helpdesks (Gorgias/Zendesk/Intercom).
  • Startup mindset: bias for action, ownership, low-ego collaboration.


Location & collaboration

  • Bangalore (Hybrid) or Remote (India/EMEA-friendly).
  • Core collaboration hours: 14:00–19:00 IST for EMEA overlap.
