Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive – Hospitality

Location: One Continent Hotel, Abids, Hyderabad
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Industry: Hospitality (Hotel)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years of core accounting experience (hospitality experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at One Continent Hotel, Abids. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in hotel accounts. You will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally or equivalent software
• Handle accounts receivable/payable and process vendor payments
• Manage guest billing, cash flow, and petty cash transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in finalization of accounts
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Liaise with other hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, etc.) for financial coordination
• Assist management with financial analysis and budgeting as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and hotel accounting processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality accounts
• Knowledge of POS and hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar)
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
