Your qualifications should include proven experience in a leadership position such as Account Director or Senior Account Manager, with a strong background in the marketing or advertising industry. Demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is necessary, while a Master's degree is preferred.
