Account Director

You will be responsible for curating experiences and events for luxury lifestyle brands at WHITE, a Culture Experience Company based in Delhi with offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Your role involves working with a team of 80+ creative experts to deliver experiences with radical creativity for clients in luxury, lifestyle, corporate, and retail sectors. **Role Overview:** As an Account Director at WHITE, you will curate events and pitches, develop presentations according to industry trends, liaise between departments, understand client needs, align client expectations with team deliveries, oversee project plans, manage event execution, guide on checklists & manuals, and monitor competition to devise effective strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Curate events and pitches - Develop presentations according to industry trends - Liaise between departments - Understand client needs and provide conceptual inputs - Align client expectations with team deliveries - Prepare detailed project plans with timelines - Oversee event execution and brief summaries - Manage and develop cost & P/Ls - Anchor and deliver multiple pitches - Research trends, new ideas & technology - Monitor competition and devise counter strategies - Manage tasks including manpower planning and vendor control - Conduct research on existing and prospective clients - Manage multiple projects & client portfolios **Qualifications Required:** - Background in events (PR, communications, events) - Experience managing events from concept to execution - Excellent communication and multitasking skills - Experience working with lifestyle and luxury brands This role offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse team focused on creating culture-first experiences and building lasting connections between clients and their audiences.,
