• Lead strategic planning and execution across integrated mandates — from brand campaigns to performance-first initiatives.
• Be the trusted advisor to senior clients and CXOs, providing insight-driven counsel and bold, business-building recommendations.
• Drive social-first storytelling that resonates with today’s audiences while aligning with tomorrow’s vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams across creative, content, performance, tech, and media to deliver seamless brand experiences.
• Translate briefs into powerful ideas — and ensure they move from vision to execution without compromise.
• Stay ahead of digital, social, and cultural trends to keep client work relevant, edgy, and effective.
• Present campaign outcomes with clarity — from quarterly business reviews to ROI dashboards.
• Actively spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities — and convert them into long-term wins.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing account managers and client partners.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Experience:

10–12 years in client-facing roles within integrated or digital-first agencies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or marketing-related PG is a plus).
