Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in a leading TV manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes across departments.

Review and verify accuracy of accounting records, reports, and financial statements.

Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory laws, and industry regulations.

Evaluate internal control systems and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost control.

Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure proper implementation.

Assist management in risk assessment and fraud detection.

Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 3–4 years of internal audit experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably electronics or consumer goods).

Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally).

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
