We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of account-based management tools, lead sanitization, and work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ABM Specialist will play a crucial role in our marketing strategy by performing outreach on intent accounts and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• ABM Tool Knowledge:

  Prior experience or strong working knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) platforms or intent data tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) to identify, prioritize, and manage high-potential target accounts effectively.

• Lead Generation & Research

  Strategically identify key accounts and decision-makers using data-driven insights and prospecting platforms.

• Targeted Outreach

  Craft and execute personalized messaging across phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects with relevant value propositions.

• Lead Qualification

  Assess prospects' pain points, needs, and buying intent to align them with the right solutions and services.

• Appointment Setting

  Coordinate with sales teams to schedule high-quality meetings, ensuring a smooth and informed handoff.

• CRM Reporting & Tracking

  Leverage Salesforce to document interactions, update lead statuses, and keep the pipeline clean and actionable.

• Intent Account Outreach

  : Perform proactive outreach on identified intent accounts to drive engagement and conversion.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

  : Monitor and analyse the performance of ABM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Campaign Coordination:

  Coordinate with the SEM team to develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in SDR or cold outreach or ABM outreach.
• Proficiency with ABM platforms and sales outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation tools, and CRM systems) with the ability tol collaborate closely with the sales team to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts effectively.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and sanitization processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Proven experience using AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and email automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach.io, Apollo,Lemlist,

  Smartlead.ai

  etc) to personalize outreach, generate targeted content, and automate ABM campaign workflows at scale.
