We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with prior experience working under a Chartered Accountant. You will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Salary: 30000-35000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors when necessary.
• Taxation:
• Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings in compliance with Indian tax laws.
• Provide support in tax planning and minimization strategies.
• Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Coordination with Teams:
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project budgeting and financial tracking.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding financial updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years under a Chartered Accountant.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations, GST, and income tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
