Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Accountant & HR Executive. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally, oversee sales and purchase entries, and handle basic HR functions including payroll, employee onboarding, and compliance documentation. Key Responsibilities: 🧾 Accounting & Finance Record and maintain all financial transactions using Tally ERP Manage sales and purchase invoices, including vendor coordination Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements Generate periodic reports on accounts payable/receivable 📋 Human Resource Management Maintain employee records and attendance registers Prepare and process monthly payroll including deductions and bonuses Support hiring and onboarding of new staff Coordinate leave management and basic performance tracking Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations 📁 Administrative Support Assist with inventory tracking and stock movement logs Liaise with external consultants for audit and tax matters Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical Qualifications & Skills: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office (especially Excel) Knowledge of HR protocols and payroll processing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a small-team environment
