Role & responsibilities Manage the entire deal-closing cycle for commercial leasing and sale transactions. Coordinate with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners for site visits, negotiations, and deal finalization. Prepare and review LOIs, agreements, and closing documentation with the legal team. Maintain and update the deal pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked till closure. Build strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and property consultants. Ensure timely rent or payment realization post deal finalization. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to identify business opportunities. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align leasing and sales strategies. Maintain client satisfaction through post-closing support and relationship management. Preferred candidate profile Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Marketing / Real Estate / Business
