Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the entire deal-closing cycle for commercial leasing and sale transactions.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners for site visits, negotiations, and deal finalization.
  • Prepare and review LOIs, agreements, and closing documentation with the legal team.
  • Maintain and update the deal pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked till closure.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and property consultants.
  • Ensure timely rent or payment realization post deal finalization.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to identify business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align leasing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through post-closing support and relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Marketing /
