JobDescription: General Ledger Accountant ManagerBasicFunction:The GeneralLedger Accountant Manager is responsible for managing period
end closeactivities, performing reconciliations and balance sheet analysis, handlingaccruals, provisions, and amortizations, and assisting with various reportingrequirements.Responsibilities:
Preparejournal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
Reviewaccount reconciliations periodically to provide accurate financial data fordecision
making.
Leadprocess improvement projects and internal tools development.
Generatemonthly financial and variance analysis reports.
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion offinancial statements.
Preparemonthly and annual financial statements following GAAP.
Maintainknowledge of GST, including applicability, remittance, and returns.
Reconcileaccounts to ensure accuracy and clear reconciling items promptly.
Handle balancesheet reconciliation, and fixed assets management.
Managerevenue accounting, issue invoices, and credit notes promptly.
Overseeaccounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
Manageaccounts receivable and collection.EssentialQualifications:
CharteredAccountant qualification with 1
3 years of general accounting experience or CAinter with 3
5 years of experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledgeof GST and TDS.
Hands onexperience with Tally and Zoho accounting software.
