Account and Finance Manager

As a Financial Management Assistant, your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. Additionally, you will be preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while supporting cash flow management and bank reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, invoicing, and ledger maintenance. - Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. You will also be expected to help prepare documents and reports for internal and external audits, as well as support the implementation of internal controls and compliance procedures. Maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and financial institutions will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to perform basic financial analysis to support business decision-making and assist with cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero for bookkeeping and reporting. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day shift fixed from Monday to Friday in the morning. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package.
