Key Responsibilities

Accounts

  • Prepare and process

    Sales invoices, Tax invoices, E-way bills

  • Maintain

    Purchase, Sales, Expense & Bank entries

  • GST compliance

    – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation
  • Vendor & Customer ledger management

  • Payment follow-ups

    with customers
  • Maintain

    Tally / ERP

    records
  • Assist CA in

    audit, GST & statutory filings

Administration

  • Office coordination and documentation
  • Attendance, leave and record maintenance
  • Vendor coordination (courier, travel, office supplies)
  • Filing, scanning, and document control
  • Support management with MIS and reports
🔹

Required Skills

  • Good working knowledge of

    Tally, Excel & GST

  • Experience in

    manufacturing / engineering company

    preferred
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills
  • Organized, disciplined & detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
