Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers. Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (e.g., corporate selling). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution are preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of B2B Marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
