As an Accessories Concept Analyst at our company, your role involves preparing concepts for accessories in line with the MSIL model plan, competition approach, and aftermarket information. You will be responsible for analyzing accessories provided by competitors for their models, comparing aftermarket accessories available with the MSIL portfolio, and studying MSIL accessory sales data and trends. Your participation in market research activities aimed at improving the MSIL Accessory business is crucial. Additionally, you will create an Accessories Wish List and an overall accessory schedule for new/MC models, coordinating with stakeholders for finalization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare concepts for accessories aligned with the MSIL model plan and competition approach - Analyze accessories offered by competitors and compare them with the MSIL portfolio - Study MSIL accessory sales data and trends - Participate in market research activities to enhance the MSIL Accessory business - Create an Accessories Wish List and overall accessory schedule for new/MC models, coordinating with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of macro-economic factors and their impact on the passenger car market - Familiarity with model development process and timelines - Understanding of passenger car market segmentation, consumer psychographic, and demographic factors - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies - Ability to evaluate product features in terms of cost, performance, and customer value - Expertise in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - Experience in business portfolio and financial analysis of OEMs - Hands-on experience in the design/development of accessories for any model In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess the following behavioral traits: - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Self-driven, eager to learn, and result-oriented - Well-organized, highly motivated, and able to work cross-functionally - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Experience in managing and working with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) - Ability to manage stakeholders across different levels of the organization and functions Basic Knowledge Required: - Awareness of emerging trends in product, body type, technology, design, etc. - Understanding of vehicle segmentation, data analytics, and translating consumer feedback into technical parameters - Excellent presentation and communication skills This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about accessories, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
