Job Summary:

The Accessories Manager is responsible for managing the planning, selection, display, and sales of accessories in the store or department. The role ensures the achievement of sales targets, provides excellent customer service, and maintains high visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the accessories section.
Monitor sales performance and work to achieve KPIs.
Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
Train and supervise accessories sales staff.
Ensure attractive and strategic visual merchandising.
