Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to join our team. This role involves extensive travel to schools across various regions to conduct teacher training sessions, monitor classroom practices, and provide on-ground support. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in teacher training, academic coaching, or education facilitation.

Please note: This role is field-based and involves frequent travel. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel as per the program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Teacher Training

• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions for teachers based on Saar Education’s academic programs.
• Provide support on instructional practices, classroom strategies, and student engagement techniques.

2. School Visits & Observations

• Visit partner schools regularly to observe classroom teaching.
• Offer real-time coaching and feedback to improve teacher effectiveness.

3. Teacher Support & Mentoring

• Act as a mentor for teachers, helping them apply training learnings in their day-to-day teaching.
• Address teacher queries and challenges through follow-up visits and one-on-one support.

4. Coordination with Schools

• Serve as the point of contact between Saar Education and partner schools.
• Ensure smooth implementation of programs and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and staff.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate reports of school visits, training sessions conducted, and teacher progress.
• Share feedback and insights with the internal team for continuous program improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.

2. 3–5 years of experience in teacher training or school-based educational roles.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong classroom understanding and ability to offer actionable feedback to teachers.

5. Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork.

6. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools and reporting.strong communication and rapport-building skills
