Academic Trainer

As a Computer Science and Robotics professional, you will be responsible for advancing teacher development through training and assistance in schools across India, primarily in the northern region. Your role will involve ensuring curriculum coherence with educational standards, assessing instructional effectiveness, and providing mentorship to faculty members. You will also coordinate workshops, supervise academic support initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to enrich academic offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure curriculum coherence with educational standards and industry practices. - Assess and enhance instructional effectiveness and student performance. - Provide mentorship and guidance to faculty members. - Coordinate professional development workshops and training sessions. - Supervise academic counseling and support initiatives for student achievement. - Collaborate with department heads, administrators, and external stakeholders to enrich academic offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science or Information Technology. - Proficiency in Scratch, Thunkable, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Avishkaar Maker Studio. - Optional: Content creation skills including lesson planning and assessment development. - Optional: Certification as a trainer. - Optional: Experience teaching K-12 grade students. - Demonstrated teamwork and a commitment to continuous learning and teaching. - Ability to effectively present concepts and ideas using various mediums such as PowerPoint, Word documents, or specialized software.,
