Job Description

Role Overview: As an Academic Trainer at Next Education, your significant responsibility will be to provide training sessions and make presentations to teachers, principals, and academic trainers, both online and in person. You will also be responsible for designing and developing the curriculum, as well as being involved in the creation, curation, review, quality control, and validation of developed content. Key Responsibilities: - Provide training sessions and make presentations to teachers, principals, and academic trainers. - Design and develop the curriculum. - Create, curate, review, ensure quality control, and validate developed content. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any respective subject. - Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in relevant subjects such as English with Social Science, Computer Science with Maths, Pre-Primary, and Science. - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively. - Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations for training assignments.,
