Academic Services Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Academic Service Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and day-to-day administration of academic programs. The ideal candidate will manage batches, student queries, scheduling, content coordination, and faculty liaison, ensuring smooth academic operations and an excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the academic delivery of degree/diploma/certificate programs in collaboration with faculty, content developers, and academic leadership.
• Manage student onboarding, orientation sessions, and academic calendars.
• Respond promptly to student queries, academic concerns, and escalations via email, calls, or LMS platforms.
• Schedule lectures, webinars, and assessments, ensuring faculty and student availability.
• Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress reports, sharing timely updates with management.
• Liaise with internal teams (content, IT support, sales, and operations) for seamless program delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of academic reports, program reviews, and feedback analysis.
• Coordinate examinations, project submissions, and result processing.
• Maintain updated academic documentation, policies, and program records.
• Support new program launches, curriculum updates, and student engagement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• PHD/Master’s degree in Education, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in academic coordination, program management, or student services (freshers with excellent coordination skills can also be considered for junior roles).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to handle academic escalations tactfully and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with higher education, online learning, or EdTech operations.
• Experience in student query management and academic administration.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools, virtual classrooms, and webinar software (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
• Analytical skills to review academic data and student feedback reports.

Job Location :- Noida

Shift Time :- 1 PM to 10 PM or 3 PM to 12 AM (IST)
