About the Role

TOPS Technologies is seeking a dynamic and organized Academic Support & Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth academic operations, coordinating with trainers, managing the LMS (Learning Management System), and enhancing the overall learning experience for students.


Key Responsibilities

Trainer Coordination:

Monitor and validate trainers’ work and delivery schedules.

Track overtime, leaves, and session compliance.

Ensure all sessions and academic activities are properly updated in the LMS.


LMS Management:

Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System.

Ensure accurate data entry for courses, sessions, and student progress.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or access issues for students or trainers.

Student Support:

Address and resolve academic and LMS-related queries of existing students.

Ensure a seamless learning experience and timely resolution of issues.

Track student satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve service quality.

Academic Operations & Activities:

Coordinate and organize student engagement initiatives such as:

Mock interviews

Expert seminars

Industrial visits

Awareness and skill-building sessions

Work with internal teams and centers to ensure smooth execution of these activities.

 

Feedback & Quality Assurance:

Collect testimonials, feedback, and reviews from students across centers.

Monitor satisfaction levels and recommend improvements in academic delivery.

Support quality audits and compliance across academic functions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

1–3 years of experience in academic operations, administration, or training coordination.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with LMS platforms or e-learning systems.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
